HALI TOWER  :
Defense Housing Authority, Lahore.

Hali Tower comprises of Seventeen floors including four Basements for Car Parking, Eight floors for offices, one floor dedicated for Food Court and four floors for shops. Building Technologies has provided design and consultancy in HVAC (Appox 1400 Tons Cooling capacity), Electrical (Approx 3.5 MW Electrical Load), Addressable Fire alarm and detection System, Fire Hydrant System, Security and surveillance system, Public address system and Building management systems.

Shop-n-Shop Towers :
Defense Housing Authority, Islamabad

Shop-n-Shop comprises of Eight floors including three floors for offices and five floors for shops. Building Technologies has provided design and consultancy for HVAC (Appox. 1000 Tons Cooling capacity), Electrical (Appox. 2.7 MW Electrical Load), Addressable Fire alarm and detection system and Fire Hydrant system, Security and surveillance system.

SUPARCO ( PGCS Building LAHORE & KARACHI) :

Building Technologies has provided design and consultancy for HVAC (Appox. 350 Tons Cooling capacity), Internal Electrical system with backup UPS for essential/critical equipments, Addressable Fire alarm and detection system, NOVIC 1230 Gas automatic suppression system for sensitive areas of the building and Fire Hydrant system, Security and surveillance system, Access control and BMS system.
